- If there is availability in the schedule, there is no problem, but we recommend making your reservation early to secure your desired date and time.
- Can I use it for purposes other than going to the hospital or facility?
- We can accommodate any purpose, such as a hot spring trip, cherry blossom viewing, dining, wedding, or grave visit. We are also happy to discuss outing plans.

- What should I do on my way home from the hospital?
- If you contact us, we will come to pick you up again. In this case, please understand that you may have to wait a little while. If you would like to go home immediately after your appointment, we can wait for you.

- The bus can accommodate up to 8 people, including 6 accompanying persons and 2 wheelchair users.
- Can you help me get to my bed at home and up and down the stairs?
- We have nursing care qualifications and receive regular training in assistance, so you can leave it to us. We also provide cloth stretchers so that we can assist our users in a way that is comfortable for them.

- You can use taxi vouchers issued by your ward or local government. In addition, those with a disability certificate can receive a 10% discount on the fare.
- Can I use a credit card?
- The facility is equipped with a card payment terminal, so you can use major domestic cards.
- How much more expensive is the fare compared to a taxi?
- Compared to regular taxis, the meter fare and reservation fee are the same, but there is an additional 1,100 yen assistance fee and approximately 400 yen pick-up fee, so the total fare is approximately 1,500 yen, more expensive than a regular taxi.
